2 tsp polenta
1/3 cup (80mL) water
140g tub strawberry & apple puree
1. In a small saucepan, combine polenta and water, stir over heat until mixture boils and thickens.
2. Cool to room temperature. Stir through ¼ cup of fruit puree. Store remaining puree in the fridge covered with plastic film.
TIP: You can use any type of fruit puree. Fruit purees can be purchased in the canned fruit section of the supermarket. They come in 140g tubs.
