1 tbsp cauliflower puree
1 tbsp potato puree
2 tsp CERELAC Rice Cereal
2 tbsp cooled boiled water*
Potato and Cauliflower Puree
Combine ingredients and mix well, adding more liquid for a thinner consistency, if required.
TIP: To make the cauliflower and potato puree, follow the instructions on the recipe titled 'How to Puree Fruit and Vegetables'.
* Water can be substituted with breast milk or infant formula if desired. When prepared with breast milk, it may become more watery.
